Silverlake Properties, LLC is owned by Matt Roark, which has been in Bartlesville since 1967 and is firmly committed to Bartlesville’s future by supporting many cultural, civic, charitable and religious efforts and organizations. Matt has over 15 years’ experience in construction and development.

Silverlake Properties, LLC was formed in 2005 for the purpose of providing fairly priced quality custom and speculative homes for the discerning buyer quality built with attention to detail. Since formation, the company has expanded into commercial property and development. Throughout the somewhat turbulent years since inception Silverlake Properties has remained consistent in the goal of providing a quality product at a fair price. We stand behind our product.
